| Pleasanton, CA - May 15, 2007 - FunMobility, a leading provider of innovative wireless community and media services, announced today that it has appointed Arvind Narain as its Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Mr. Narain will be responsible for FunMobility’s day-to-day operations, and continuing the company’s history of success and technical leadership in the wireless industry. “Arvind has talent, drive and a history of success in complex technical execution,” said Adam Lavine, CEO of FunMobility. “We’re pleased to have Arvind join our team and help drive FunMobility to new levels of growth.” Mr. Narain brings to FunMobility extensive leadership experience, spanning over 20 years in technology innovation, marketing, sales and business strategy. Mr. Narain was most recently Senior Vice President of McAfee, where he spearheaded their mobile market development and deployment activities around ‘security as a service”. As co-founder and operational leader of Network Associates (NAI) subsidiary myCIO, he helped create the world’s first business-to-business security application service provider (ASP). In these roles, he partnered with global carriers such as NTT DoCoMo, Telefonica, Telecom Italia and Verizon, and was responsible for more than $100 million in revenue.
