Winners of the R U FUN contest will be named official "Ambassadors of Fun" by FunMobility and can receive up to $1,000 in cash prizes for their winning photos. FunMobility will award prizes for two separate categories: "Most Popular Photo" (based on number of votes and ranking) and "Staff Choice" (based on creativity and relevance of theme). The winner of each category receives $500 and the same photo can even win both categories, raising total potential winnings to $1,000.
ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and are located in the United States at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. The following are not eligible: employees, contractors, directors and officers of FunMobility Inc. (the "Sponsor"), its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, web design, and advertising agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Contest (collectively, "Contest Parties"), and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) and those living in their same households of each such employee, contractor or other person (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Contest).
CONTEST TERMS OF SUBMISSION: By uploading and submitting your picture on Americas Best Mobile Pix Web Site, entrant ("Entrant") warrants and represents that the submission: (a) is original, has been legally created and Entrant represents that he/she owns all rights to his/her submission; (b) does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party; and (c) has not been published or distributed previously in any media. Pictures are to be PG rated. Any photos depicting obscene or pornographic material or inappropriate matter or pictures that are professionally produced are NOT eligible and will be disqualified.
